Perception and Management of Stress

Exhibiting symptoms of PTSD (Post-traumatic Stress Disorder) is so common that it is now being called simply SD, or Stress Disorder. Three different health practitioners I know say that many of their clients have these symptoms. Stress Disorder could be described as living in a constant state of fight, flight or freeze. In my work with people, we aim to recognize the effects that their beliefs about stress have on them and together, we develop ways of unwinding old patterns of thought and behavior.
